Matthias Glätzle

The Tyrolean-based Dr. Matthias Glätzle studied Chemistry at the University of Innsbruck and also did his doctoral thesis there in the field of high-pressure inorganic synthesis. Since 2016, he works in the R&D department at the ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik Johann Berghofer GmbH & Co KG in Schwaz. After the first three years as assistant to the CTO, he took responsibility as head of corporate R&D in 2019. Since then, Dr. Glätzle and his team push major innovations at ADLER with a strong focus on sustainability, circular economy, digitalization and operational excellence. With this, he has many years of experience in innovation management, digital tools and big data.
