Dr. Nabil Loghin, Sony

Nabil joined Sony Europe B.V. in Stuttgart in 2009, as a specialist in wireless communications. He studied Electrical Engineering and received both his Diploma and PhD “with honors”.  For ten years, he worked on the development of various digital communications systems, such as for TV broadcasting, Sony IoT chip ELTRES, and WLAN. He is the (co-)author of 20 publications and has filed more than 100 patents (with over 60 grants in over 20 different patent families).

Since 2020, Nabil has been working at TPE (Technology Partnerships Europe) as Senior Principal Technology Analyst, supporting several projects, from XR, content creation, and AI applications, over high-speed optical communications, to drone-related projects.
