Andreas Schweiger

Andreas holds a degree in electrical engineering and is an experienced R&D executive from well-known companies such as Leica Microsystems (Danaher Corporation), KaVo Dental GmbH, Siemens AG (Healthcare Sector) and Fujitsu Siemens GmbH.

As Director R&D Operations and Senior Director R&D at Leica, he was responsible for the global R&D strategy and led the introduction of lean/agile practices.

Andreas is a pioneer in the introduction of agile methods at KAVO Dental and transformed the entire R&D organisation with his team.

He currently works as a freelance Agile Transformer and interim Manager.
