Laetitia is a dynamic professional with a proven track record in change management. She is a passionate advocate for human-centric approaches and Agile practices, supporting top management in navigating organizational changes. She joined Swissquote in 2010, in the Human Resources department. She developed a multifaceted expertise, ranging from recruitment, HR business partnering and Learning & Development. During her tenure in HR, she supported managers to excel in their roles. Her guidance facilitated decision-making processes, fostering an environment of growth. In the L&D function, Laetitia created a Management training program and facilitated impactful learning training sessions. Her empathetic approach and adept communication style created an atmosphere of trust and collaboration within the organization. Recently she has embarked on a new journey, transitioning to the role of Agile Coach after 15-year career in Human Resources. In charge of the implementation of Disciplined Agile, Laetitia is at the forefront of agile transformation, empowering teams to thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments.
