Georg Aumayr, Johanniter Österreich Ausbildung und Forschung

Georg Aumayr founded the research and innovation center of Johanniter in Austria in 2012 and since then is working in the area of security research and health technologies for ambulance services and emergency responders. In over 60 funded projects in these area, he improved the appliance of social science methodology on special fields of action, such as disaster relief and technology integration. He studied communication at the University of Vienna and was Emergency Medical Technician at Johanniter before starting to work in EU research projects. Georg Aumayr is representative of Austria in the ISO for social inclusive technologies in the health care sector as well as an active member with his organisation in CERIS.
