With a background as a software engineer across industries such as real-time embedded systems, logistics management, online insurance, and trading/banking, Sébastien has progressively evolved into technical project management and agile coaching for both onshore and offshore teams. At Swissquote, Sébastien has had the opportunity to work in various business domains, including B2B platforms and brokerage systems. Now serving as a Senior Agile Coach in the Tech Drive and Methodology department, Sébastien is passionate about leveraging knowledge, data, and empirical evidence to help teams achieve better outcomes in product development and continuous process improvement.
